This learning experience is hosted on Training Ground App, a one-stop-shop development platform. Through Training Ground, student-athletes have the flexibility of learning on the go. 

Learning Pathway:

Course 1 (30-Day Intro) – Identifying one's environment, vision, motivation factors, and view of self 

Course 2 – Building crucial life skills to apply as a student, athlete, child, friend, etc. 

Course 3 – Taking personal ownership for team benefit and success
